About the position

As a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our client base while identifying new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include introducing our services through various channels such as video, telephone, and in-person meetings with both new and existing clients. This will help to enhance the utilization of our services in the finance and accounting sectors. You will be tasked with recruiting, evaluating, and placing finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions with our clients, ensuring that you deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Consistent communication and career guidance to candidates will be essential in this role, as will participation in industry trade associations to bolster our presence within the local finance and accounting community. To succeed in this position, you will need a business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting, with a CPA and/or MBA being advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance, as well as successful permanent placement recruiting experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency. Leveraging your finance and accounting experience will be crucial in managing and growing the business effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and client management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.
