About the position

Join our HR team as a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top healthcare talent to support exceptional patient care. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding processes, and promoting employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to find top candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Create and manage surveys and feedback channels to gather employee insights.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires while ensuring compliance during onboarding.
• Work with HR, management, and other departments to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze employee experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Promote initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare employment laws.
