As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our hiring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment a job is posted until our new team members are welcomed onboard. You'll work closely with recruiters, HR specialists, and hiring teams, gaining invaluable insights into the world of talent acquisition. Your contributions will directly support our mission of attracting top talent and enhancing our company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing candidate flows, and providing data analysis that drives hiring strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate complex interview processes across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and recruiters.
  • Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Initiate and support the onboarding process, including sending timely candidate communications, initiating background checks, and working cross-functionally with other teams to prepare candidates for hire.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks that support our leadership and Talent Acquisition (TA) team, including arranging travel and accommodations for team members, processing expense reports, reporting on recruiting activity and metrics, and assisting with event planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Basic Excel skills required; applicant tracking system experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to accurately identify and correct grammar/punctuation errors.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude that enhances our collaborative workplace environment.
  • Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner to streamline workflows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in HR or recruiting is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic graduates eager to learn and grow.
