About the position

The Recruiting Operations Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing talent acquisition processes at a premier hedge fund in New York City. This position focuses on reengineering recruitment workflows, driving process improvements, and enhancing the use of HR technology, particularly HRIS systems like Workday. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment operations and ensure best-in-class practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize recruiting processes, leveraging HRIS tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in recruitment workflows, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Partner with HR, recruitment, and technology teams to enhance and manage recruitment platforms, particularly through product lifecycle development.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, visualize data insights, and drive improvements in sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to align recruitment tools and strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of recruiting systems with broader HR technology, including automation and data optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, process reengineering, and product management.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS systems, with Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and the ability to optimize recruitment through data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in New York City.
