About The Position
As a Recruiting Project Manager at The Johnson Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation and completion of various projects within the Recruiting Department. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and according to specifications. You will work directly with the CEO and the Director of Recruiting to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. This position requires the development of comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, as well as the monitoring and delivery of project timelines closely. You will also take proactive measures to mitigate risks and keep projects on schedule, aligning with the department recruiting teams for execution of projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving operational success within the recruiting department. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Recruiting and recruiting teams to execute projects aimed at accelerating growth, increasing revenue, and advancing the company's potential. Leading projects to ensure successful completion of initiatives that align with strategic goals will be a key focus. You will drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution, maintaining a sharp focus on detail and solutions. Utilizing your professional acumen and solution-oriented mindset, you will overcome challenges and seize opportunities, while also freeing up the CEO's time by taking ownership of key projects and initiatives to help the Recruiting Department thrive.
