About the position

The Recruiting Sourcer at BC Forward is a remote position focused on identifying and engaging top executive-level talent through research and sourcing strategies. This role requires extensive experience in talent mapping and market analysis, particularly within the technology industry. The sourcer will work across multiple business groups, emphasizing diversity and building long-term relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scrupulous research and industry calibration to target top talent in the external market.
  • Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a pipeline of executive talent.
  • Directly source candidates and engage with them for long-term relationships.
  • Conduct reference checking to ensure the quality of candidates being targeted.
  • Utilize Office 365, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools effectively.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience in the technology industry is required.
  • Experience with executive recruiting is preferred, especially with an executive search agency or corporate team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in more than one industry or technical vertical.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback.
