About the position
The Recruiting Specialist at Kitchen Magic is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process across all company positions. This role emphasizes effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building with both internal and external stakeholders. The specialist will support HR and hiring managers, develop talent pools, advise on best practices, and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all positions within the company.
- Support HR Generalist and Hiring Managers in understanding staffing processes.
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process.
- Develop talent pools and passive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Advise management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation best practices.
- Communicate the company's employment value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Own the candidate experience and prepare candidates for subsequent phases of the process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience in the staffing industry is highly desired.
- Experience in recruiting for outside sales positions is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
