About the position

The Recruiting System Administrator at Vituity is responsible for the configuration, management, and enhancement of various recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems and reporting databases. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the systems align with project guidelines and support the overall recruitment process. The position involves collaboration with external vendors and internal teams to implement new functionalities and streamline workflows, ultimately contributing to the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage various recruiting systems, including Oracle - Taleo and Asymbl - Salesforce.
  • Support, maintain, and enhance recruiting applications and systems.
  • Provide project management support, including documentation of requirements and process flows.
  • Work with external vendors to implement new functionalities and system upgrades.
  • Lead system upgrades, deploy patches, and perform system maintenance.
  • Manage reporting requirements and create reports and dashboards for customers.
  • Identify and implement system audit reports and web analytics.
  • Automate and schedule reports, and implement dashboards and analytics.
  • Provide technical support for integrations and system defects.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams to enhance workflows and implement system improvements.
  • Provide training and support to recruiting team members and ATS users.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and Equal Employment Opportunity standards.

Requirements

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Oracle - Taleo and Asymbl - Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to document functional and technical requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in system configuration and management.
  • Ability to work with external vendors and internal partners effectively.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards related to data privacy and employment law.
