About the position

The Market Talent Lead at GMR Marketing is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters and Talent Specialists in high-volume sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and reassignment across designated geographic regions. This role emphasizes innovation in sourcing techniques, interviewing practices, and talent engagement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience and ensure exceptional hiring results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Recruiters and Talent Specialists through high-volume sourcing and recruitment.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide coaching to develop and retain top talent.
  • Source and recruit talent for designated markets while coaching the team to become effective recruiters.
  • Drive innovation in the talent acquisition, onboarding, and rehire processes.
  • Create an amazing candidate experience to enhance employee retention.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external customers, delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to understand program needs and define successful outcomes.
  • Promote collaboration and communication within the Talent team and across the organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and lead a recruiting team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience recruiting across various industries.
