About the position

The Recruitment Administrator at Mpower Direct will play a crucial role in attracting and onboarding talented individuals to the company. This position involves administrative support, candidate communication, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates utilizing social media and local groups/organizations
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to determine qualifications
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Introduce new hires to the Company and walk them through the onboarding process
  • Complete all vetting paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices and/or contacts
  • Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and document preparation
  • Provide administrative support to the office and sales team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of office experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and assignments
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Recent recruiting experience or in a similar role (preferred)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
