About the position

As a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist at Protocall Services Inc, you will play a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on enhancing the applicant journey from initial contact to onboarding. Your responsibilities will include promoting the company brand, attracting top talent, and managing recruitment marketing initiatives through strategic use of social media and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will also ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company's values while supporting the hiring process and enhancing outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the applicant journey from first contact to onboarding.
  • Promote the company brand and attract top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Indeed.
  • Research, develop, and execute social media strategies to expand audience engagement.
  • Handle internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in recruitment marketing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recruitment and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Create engaging ad copy, video content, and materials for social media platforms.
  • Oversee job postings and PPC management to maximize visibility.
  • Analyze data from recruitment and marketing campaigns to assess performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience with recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Proven creativity in developing compelling social media content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite and Canva.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws and best practices.
