About the position

As a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist at Protocall Services Inc, you will play a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on enhancing the applicant journey from initial contact to onboarding. You will also ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company's values while supporting the hiring process and enhancing outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the applicant journey from first contact to onboarding.
• Promote the company brand and attract top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Indeed.
• Research, develop, and execute social media strategies to expand audience engagement.
• Handle internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• Position yourself as a thought leader in recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement recruitment and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in facilitating the recruitment process and ensure a positive applicant experience.
• Develop and execute internal marketing communications to drive internal referrals and retention.
• Analyze data from recruitment and marketing campaigns to assess performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Two years of marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Demonstrable experience with recruitment marketing strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite and Canva

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with social media content creation and ad copywriting
• Proven creativity in developing compelling social media content
