About the position

The Recruitment and Marketing Specialist at ProtoCall Services Inc. plays a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on enhancing the applicant journey from initial contact to onboarding. This position involves promoting the company brand, attracting top talent, and supporting recruitment through strategic marketing initiatives, including managing PPC campaigns and developing social media strategies. The specialist will also ensure consistent messaging that aligns with company values and compliance standards, while innovating outreach strategies to meet organizational targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the applicant journey from first contact to onboarding.
  • Promote the company brand and attract top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Indeed.
  • Research, develop, and execute social media strategies to expand audience engagement.
  • Handle internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Position as a thought leader in recruitment marketing and enhance outreach strategies.
  • Conduct research and implement initiatives focused on employer branding and reputation management.
  • Create engaging ad copy, video content, and materials for social media platforms.
  • Oversee job postings and PPC management to maximize visibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist in facilitating the recruitment process and ensure a positive applicant experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience with recruitment marketing strategies and social media content creation.
  • Proven creativity in developing compelling social media content.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant marketing experience, Human Resources certificates, or marketing certifications may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Experience with various digital channels to increase candidate engagement.
