About the position

As a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist at ProtoCall Services Inc., you will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on enhancing the applicant journey from initial contact to onboarding. Your responsibilities will include promoting the company brand, attracting top talent, and managing recruitment marketing initiatives through strategic content creation and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will also ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company's values while supporting the hiring process and enhancing outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the applicant journey from first contact to onboarding.
  • Promote the company brand and attract top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Indeed and Google.
  • Research, develop, and execute social media strategies to enhance audience engagement.
  • Handle internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in recruitment marketing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recruitment and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Create engaging ad copy and video content for social media platforms.
  • Oversee job postings and maintain employer branding on career boards.
  • Analyze data from recruitment campaigns to assess performance and optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Demonstrable experience with recruitment marketing strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite and Canva

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with social media content creation and ad copywriting
  • Proven creativity in developing compelling social media content
  • Knowledge of hiring laws and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
