About the position

The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist at HomeCentris Healthcare is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and onboarding new hires for various roles, including Caregivers and CNAs. This position requires strong outreach skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle recruitment for open positions.
  • Develop a pool of candidates in advance of needs.
  • On-board new candidates in accordance with company policies to meet the demand of agency clients.
  • Interview and evaluate applicant fit with the agency and complete interview assessment forms.
  • Assist new candidates with required paperwork.
  • Assist candidates with timely completion of background screenings, required licenses/certifications, and physician examinations prior to scheduling new caregivers.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two years of recruiting experience.
  • Two years of candidate sourcing experience.
  • One year of candidate onboarding experience.
  • Five years of customer service experience.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
