About the position

The Provider Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the organization by assisting in-house Provider Recruiters with the logistics of the recruitment process. This position focuses on ensuring the successful placement of provider candidates through various recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in-house Provider Recruiters with the logistics of the recruitment process.
  • Develop job descriptions and maintain physician/provider position openings utilizing the ATS.
  • Provide updates on the status of candidates on active searches.
  • Assist advertising agencies with posting provider openings on niche websites and social media.
  • Maintain a weekly status list of all candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or recruitment.
  • Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft Office software products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Valid Texas Driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
