The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process at Quest Global's aerospace location in Rockford, Illinois. This position involves building a candidate pipeline, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to recruitment. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering workplace diversity and will be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in engineering services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by assisting in the building of a candidate pipeline.
  • Source candidates and perform background checks.
  • Obtain candidate references and assist in issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assist in the creation of position descriptions.
  • Review applications and resumes.
  • Conduct interviews and administer screening assessments.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related activities.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field, or two years of directly related experience.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience in recruitment or a related area.
  • Proficient in phone, MS Teams, and online meeting platforms.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems or related online CRM systems.
