About the position

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with a variety of tasks for our Recruitment and HR Department. Your duties will include creating and opening job postings in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other online platforms, reviewing and short-listing resumes based on position requirements, scheduling interviews for Recruiters, and disposing of applications with proper status based on the candidate's stage in the process. You will also draft candidate offer letters, assist with maintaining up-to-date records and notes in the ATS, create flyers and social media posts to attract applicants, oversee and monitor company reviews on various online job platforms, assist with candidate sourcing efforts, help with career fair registration and marketing collateral, update templates and other recruitment materials, and comply with all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor our company reviews on various online job platforms.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing efforts by running searches through LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Help with career fair registration, marketing collateral, event preparation, and post-event data/information compilation.
  • Update templates and other recruitment materials when requested.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be a team player who takes a 'we over me' approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
  • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel).
  • Experience working in an ATS/HRIS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms and social media is also a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Associate's Degree required.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in an ATS/HRIS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms and social media is also a plus.
