The Recruitment Coordinator at QuEST Global plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process within the aerospace sector. This part-time position involves building a candidate pipeline, sourcing candidates, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by assisting in the building of a candidate pipeline.
  • Source candidates for open positions.
  • Perform background checks on candidates.
  • Obtain candidate references.
  • Assist in issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Create position descriptions for job openings.
  • Review applications and resumes submitted by candidates.
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
  • Administer screening assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field, or two years of directly related experience.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience in recruitment or a related area.
  • Proficiency in phone, MS Teams, and online meeting platforms.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems or related online CRM systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supporting workplace diversity initiatives.
