About the position

As a Recruitment Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Recruitment Marketing organization. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team. You will be responsible for studying data and market conditions to identify key qualities of specific markets, such as reputable school systems and low cost of living, which will inform our recruitment strategies. Your insights will help us understand the competitive landscape and enhance our ability to attract top talent. In this role, you will gather and evaluate market, prospect, and competitor information to assist in candidate profiling, ensuring that we captivate our talent pool effectively. You will identify unique media opportunities in various markets and develop creative strategies to consult with recruiters on effective communication with candidates. Your expertise will be crucial in providing ongoing messaging surrounding marketing activities, maximizing our communication efforts across Talent Acquisition. Additionally, you will research marketing trends to improve the candidate experience and engagement, creating and implementing strategies for building a traditional talent network and community. You will translate market-level research into actionable Recruitment Marketing strategies and equip recruiters with the necessary marketing levers and tactics. Hosting standing recruiter roundtables to deliver best practices and strategies will also be a key responsibility, ensuring that our recruitment marketing efforts are aligned and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Study data and market conditions to help determine qualities of a specified market (e.g., reputable school systems, low cost of living).
  • Gather and evaluate market, prospect, and competitor information.
  • Assist in candidate profiling to captivate our talent pool.
  • Identify media opportunities unique to given markets and make them actionable.
  • Assess, identify, and develop creative ways to consult with recruiters on effective communication with candidates.
  • Provide ongoing messaging surrounding marketing activity to maximize communication efforts across Talent Acquisition.
  • Research marketing trends to improve candidate experience and engagement.
  • Create and implement strategies for building a traditional talent network/community.
  • Translate market level research into effective Recruitment Marketing strategies.
  • Equip Recruiters with Recruitment Marketing levers/tactics.
  • Host standing recruiter roundtables delivering recruitment marketing best practices and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other equivalent relevant degree required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, campaign development and management, employer branding, strategic marketing, and/or corporate brand marketing.
  • Experience in problem solving, situational analysis and assessments, and translating outcomes into strategic solutions.
  • Highly proficient in project management.
  • Ability to influence and provide support at all levels of the organization to drive execution of plans.
  • Ability to drive results, be agile, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective and responsive written and verbal communications.
