About the position

The Recruitment Marketing Consultant will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resource leaders to develop and implement strategies aimed at fulfilling current and future hiring needs across the Americas, with a focus on diversity recruitment. This role involves amplifying the employer brand, executing recruitment marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content to enhance the candidate experience and promote the corporate culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resource leaders to develop strategies to meet current and future hiring needs for the Americas, including diversity recruitment
• Amplify employer brand internally and externally
• Recommend and execute recruitment marketing campaigns including creation, writing, and editing of content, marketing materials and tools
• Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling and effective visual content such as flyers, banners, infographics, videos, etc.
• Create candidate-facing communications, social media campaigns, and videos to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
• Audit and optimize the career and branding sites
• Support new markets with market research and employer branding plan
• Define target candidate personas, engage brand followers, and build a talent network/community
• Track, measure, and report on campaign results and manage marketing calendar

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, including the development of campaigns and designing marketing collateral
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in an agile framework to deliver results quickly while continuing to design for the future
• Experience utilizing design systems/platforms including Adobe Photoshop Suite, Canva, Visme, etc.
