About the position

The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator at ATSG is responsible for elevating and managing the recruitment marketing strategy across various businesses. This role focuses on driving marketing efforts, optimizing resources, and shaping external communications and social media strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract talent. The coordinator will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective recruitment processes and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sub business teams to align on hiring initiatives and talent attraction efforts.
  • Manage online employer reputation by developing and executing scalable strategies across internal and external channels.
  • Provide and implement recommendations to the recruitment marketing strategy to improve recruitment tactics and social strategy.
  • Execute outreach programs that engage and build career awareness with community/education groups and government agencies.
  • Regularly analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to improve results and make recommendations as needed.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing activations and adjust strategies to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with corporate marketing team to develop content to engage potential candidates.
  • Ensure onboarding initiatives are engaging and match candidate expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications required.
  • Past work experience in marketing or similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and/or social media marketing.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with large groups or individuals.
  • Deep analytical abilities regarding campaign performance and experiment design/analysis.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and branding tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Self-sufficient and can work with little direct supervision.
  • Track record of achieving results that contribute significantly to the business.
  • Sound business judgment with solid planning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with project management software for progress and communication of projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of 1 year marketing experience preferred in talent acquisition.
