About the position

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a global automotive manufacturer. This role involves developing written and visual content for various platforms, collaborating with internal departments, and tracking the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and create written and visual content tailored for various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate to strategically plan and execute targeted campaigns to maintain communication with talent communities.
• Cross-collaborate with internal departments to meet business needs while maintaining brand voice and tone.
• Track and report results of campaigns to support recruitment marketing efforts and generate insights for improvement.
• Audit and maintain various company profile pages such as LinkedIn and Handshake.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Communications or Marketing (online marketing, brand marketing, and/or communication experience).
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing written communications and creating engaging content.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Ability to use Job Posting platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong Project Management skills and results-oriented.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
