About the position

The Recruitment Resourcer at Ultra Health LLC is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various healthcare positions, particularly focusing on the aging population. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, and requires a strong understanding of recruiting strategies and techniques. The position is primarily remote but requires the candidate to be located within two hours of Nashville, TN for occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Source passive candidates and engage in recruiting efforts.
  • Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the contracting process.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest recruiting strategies and techniques.
  • Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews via phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify external talent.
  • Network and pipeline exceptional candidates for future opportunities.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from phone screen to verbal offer.
  • Collect and maintain applicant data, including interviewer recommendations and assessment results.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Onboarding preferred.
  • Healthcare background preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Assertive and responsive in communication and follow-up.
  • Highly effective listening skills.
  • Ability to meet established targets and metrics while managing a full workload.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in process improvement work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
