About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this full-time on-site role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various recruiting methodologies and tools, as well as a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. You will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools, including ADP, Workday, Taleo, and Kronos, to source candidates effectively.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including employee orientation and training development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about employment labor laws and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • Maintain accurate records within the HRIS system to track recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role in human resources.
  • Familiarity with executive recruiting processes is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using HR software such as ADP, Workday, Kronos, Taleo, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
