Responsibilities

  • Lead the business planning and execution of a high growth product category from ideation through scaling and optimization.
  • Establish clear business goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision for key projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth and scalability of the business.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team to support product category launches, leveraging expertise from various departments.
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit top talent and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative innovation-driven culture that encourages problem solving and accountability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution and removal of roadblocks.
  • Develop business plans, financial models, and resource allocation strategies for successful execution.
  • Monitor financial health and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in business management, product development, manufacturing, or innovation with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high growth business units.
  • Strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and financial management.
  • Experience in shooting sports required; knowledge in optical products desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
