About the position

The Reference/Technical Analyst - Senior role focuses on supporting the configuration team by analyzing and resolving issues related to the QNXT data schema. The position requires a strong understanding of relational databases and involves executing complex SQL queries to facilitate data loads and audits. The analyst will engage with various teams to ensure data integrity and improve processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration back-end data loads daily, handling an average of 9+ files per day.
• Engage with configuration teams and other departments on QNXT data-related topics and issues.
• Support and validate configuration syncs that promote data from the baseline environment to upper environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis of errors produced within the QNXT user interface application.
• Perform smoke-testing after product releases.
• Adhere to and support configuration team approaches and best practices.
• Identify and explore opportunities to improve technical and business processes and products.

Requirements

• Sound understanding of QNXT data schema and relational databases.
• Experience working with interfaces to coordinate and manage reference data files and investigate data variances.
• Very proficient in working with QNXT data schema and master data reference tables (at least 5 years experience).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Medicaid/MMIS systems, including DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) and operations & maintenance phase.
• Experience with Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Preferred experience working with HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
