Refrigeration and Ice Machine Technician

About the position

Mister Ice of Indianapolis is looking for a skilled Commercial Ice Machine Technician to join their team. This full-time position involves installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial ice machines. The technician will work with refrigeration systems, basic electrical systems, and plumbing, ensuring reliable service for the company's clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial ice machines.
• Work with refrigeration systems and basic electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace mechanical and electrical components including motors, capacitors, switches, electronic control boards, solenoids, pumps, refrigeration components, and controls.

Requirements

• Driver's License (Required)
• Electrical experience
• Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Entry level EPA Certification (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in refrigeration (Preferred)
