Responsibilities

• Support program compliance for clients enrolled in the Refugee Cash Assistance program.
• Maintain client files in the client tracking database.
• Provide official correspondence with clients regarding ongoing compliance, deadlines, and updates.
• Contribute to an environment that fosters the organization's mission, teamwork, effective communication, and service to the clients and community.
• Ensure that the mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image.
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a grant-funded program preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
