About the position

The South Region Digital Marketing Manager at CommonSpirit Health is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving patient acquisition, engagement, and retention within the healthcare system's region. This role involves overseeing digital marketing initiatives, managing digital channels, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand guidelines. The manager will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the patient journey and conversion rates, utilizing data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare services and initiatives.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing plans to engage them.
  • Drive patient acquisition and engagement through digital channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient journey and conversion rates.
  • Oversee management and maintenance of regional website content, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation and community management.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture patient relationships.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations in digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage the regional digital marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe, SalesForce, Google, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
