About the position

The Regional Account Director (RAD) is a full-time, client-facing role primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service to automotive dealers in the Central Region of the U.S. This position involves consultative marketing assessments and the implementation of comprehensive marketing solutions to help dealerships enhance their sales, service, and customer retention strategies. The RAD will work closely with clients to launch Team Velocity products and services, monitor campaign effectiveness, and ensure all deliverables are met on time, contributing to the dealership's revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Launch Team Velocity products and services with new clients.
  • Manage and retain existing client relationships.
  • Provide in-store training to help dealers achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness using proprietary technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Production Teams to ensure accurate execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Learn and become knowledgeable about all company products and services within the first 90 days.
  • Support new projects and services as the company evolves.
  • Maintain internal processes and procedures.
  • Initiate improvements to tasks and meet company goals.
  • Work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a consultative, account management, or client-facing role
  • Direct experience with Automotive Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media Sales, or Automotive Retail
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
