About the position

The Regional Account Executive, Digital Advertising and Recruiting at Relias LLC is a strategic sales role focused on selling Nurse.com and Relias Recruitment Advertising solutions to staffing agencies and recruitment-focused organizations. This position emphasizes client engagement, solution development, and collaboration across departments to ensure successful sales fulfillment and long-term client relationships. The role is remote eligible but requires occasional in-office presence in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients from assigned prospects
  • Grow and nurture the new and existing client base
  • Effectively develop and present tailored multi-media solutions that address clients' immediate needs and build toward long-term strategic goals
  • Manage client communication throughout the sales process to ensure successful fulfillment of solutions sold
  • Address challenges and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders during solution delivery
  • Collaborate across departments to create, implement, deliver, and fulfill sales solutions
  • Maintain detailed tracking in Relias CRM of all sales activities and pipeline opportunities
  • Meet minimum activity KPI targets in Salesforce to foster strong opportunity and pipeline growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5 years industry specific sales experience
  • A proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of sales experience with multi-solutions selling, employer branding, and digital advertising
  • 3+ years of SMB sales experience
