About the position

The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is tasked with identifying and securing high-profile regional account opportunities for Vestis Services. This role involves both rental and direct sale programs, requiring proactive customer engagement through phone and in-person visits. The RAE is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with regional account customers, achieving annual sales quotas, and managing an Electronic Contact Management System to track customer interactions and contract statuses.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-profile regional account opportunities.
  • Secure agreements for rental and direct sale programs via phone and in-person visits.
  • Provide ongoing customer interaction to support relationships with regional account customers.
  • Attain annual quota on direct sale and rental new business.
  • Update and maintain an Electronic Contact Management System.
  • Communicate with prospects and customers through various channels (e-mail, phone, fax, etc.).
  • Qualify and report on Corporate Accounts Pursuit Program.
  • Maintain awareness of contract status for Fortune 1,000 Businesses in the territory.
  • Identify ways to grow margin and improve processes/costs for customers.
  • Generate monthly activity level and results reports.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business selling environment.
  • Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives in diverse business environments.
