The Regional Account Executive position at BSA Service Corp is a full-time role based in Clarendon Hills, IL, focused on developing and maintaining a successful book of business within the trucking industry. Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers by utilizing our proprietary CRM
  • Utilizing our CRM system to track sales activities and manage client information
  • Developing strong customer relationships with daily communication via email/phone
  • Negotiating pricing with clients/vendors
  • Analyzing client needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Resolving problems and offering solutions
  • Keeping up with Market Trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to remain resilient/calm in a fast paced and competitive environment
  • Understands the importance of self-motivation, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or willingness to be warm calling and generating leads
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in logistics (5 years preferred)
  • Experience in sales (5 years preferred)
