About the position

The Regional Account Manager at Oncura Partners Veterinary Imaging Center is responsible for driving the growth of advanced diagnostic imaging services in veterinary clinics. This role combines veterinary expertise with sales skills to foster relationships, onboard new clinics, and develop business plans that enhance imaging capabilities. The position is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring frequent travel to various clinics within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Visit 8-10 veterinary clinics daily to foster relationships and drive referral business to OPVIC.
  • Onboard new clinics, setting them up to offer state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging services.
  • Increase referred caseloads by developing business plans with clinic staff for their diagnostic imaging capabilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities for clinics to benefit from OPVIC's product lines.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in Salesforce, including forecasting and reporting quarterly projections.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Oncura's products and services to effectively communicate with veterinary teams.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience in the veterinary or animal health industry.
  • Veterinary background as an RVT or CVT (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with formal sales training.
  • Ability to develop business plans and solve problems in collaboration with clinic leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

  • Leadership experience in a veterinary setting.
