About the position

The Regional Account Manager at Red Bull is responsible for selling and implementing strategies and programs within specific regions, divisions, or banners of a national chain. This role focuses on managing key account volume quotas, budgets, and results while developing strong business relationships with assigned accounts. The position requires aligning regional programming with the overarching chain strategy and Joint Business Plan, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with regional decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional key account volume quotas, spending budgets, and results.
  • Develop productive business relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Align regional programming with the overarching chain strategy and Joint Business Plan.
  • Implement distribution on priority packages following HQSG recommendations.
  • Sell the Optimum Price program and customize presentations to appeal to customer needs.
  • Develop annual promotion schedules following chain HQ goals.
  • Customize sales pitches to achieve account goals while driving permanent displays.
  • Establish communication with all regional chain decision makers.
  • Manage T&E spending to assigned budget.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to update partners on business and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Sales and Key Account experience in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in chains across multiple channels.
  • Experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. IRI).
  • Negotiation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
