About the position

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) at DLRdmv is responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing both on-site and remote customer service. This role involves overseeing the onboarding process of clients, ensuring successful implementation of the company's products and services, and delivering ongoing support and training throughout the client relationship lifecycle. The position requires a self-starting individual who can work autonomously in a virtual environment and effectively engage with various levels of client personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's onboarding process with clients
  • Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation
  • Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution
  • Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes
  • Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets
  • Develop trust relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Excellent Time-Management Skills in an Autonomous Environment
  • Dynamic Social Skillset
  • Proven Track Record of Account Management in SaaS/Software
  • Ability to Administrate Remote Training Using Web Conferencing Applications
  • Experience Using Collaborative Environments (Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Etc)
  • Highly-Organized, Self-Starting, Team Player
  • DMV or Automotive Industry Experience (preferred)
  • Ability to Navigate and Utilize SalesForce.com (preferred)
