The Regional Application Engineering Manager at Henkel is responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement in application engineering processes. Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate KPI results to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to best practices, training, and processes/tools on a global and regional level.
• Drive the development of an end-to-end customer experience, from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service.
• Leverage customer feedback to align global/regional SBU projects and create joint value.
• Provide and seek feedback from sales, marketing, product development, and innovation teams.
• Effectively communicate with end-users, co-workers, managers, and other departments.
• Design, improve, and document application engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related science field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the metal pretreatment field is preferred.
• Technical expertise in engineering product development and innovation.
• 1-3 years of previous management experience is ideal.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
