About the position

The On-Premise Sales Manager at UME Plum Liqueur is a pivotal role focused on expanding the brand's presence in Florida's on-premise market. This position involves working closely with the founding team to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance UME's visibility and market share. The ideal candidate will leverage existing industry relationships and build new ones to promote UME's unique plum spirit, engage with accounts, and drive brand growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust, high ROI sales funnel in Florida.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and build new ones with key accounts.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, maintaining a strong presence with accounts.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve brand visibility in accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to educate stakeholders and consumers about UME.
  • Conduct engaging educational sessions and collaborate on cocktail development.
  • Ensure orders are placed and received, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Provide actionable product and marketing feedback to the leadership team.
  • Develop brand partnerships to intrigue and educate potential customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant beverage industry experience.
  • Knowledge of and relationships in key Florida on-premise markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop industry relationships.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of cocktail making/mixology.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to integrity and respect.
