About the position

The Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) at CVS Health is responsible for overseeing a team of District Asset Protection Leaders (DAPLs) and ensuring compliance with enterprise Asset Protection objectives. This role focuses on hiring, training, and developing a high-performing Asset Protection team while fostering an inclusive environment. The RAPM will analyze market trends to implement shrink mitigation strategies and monitor the execution of Asset Protection plans and key performance indicators. This position requires significant travel and strong collaboration with Regional Directors of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of District Asset Protection Leaders (DAPLs).
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise Asset Protection objectives and programs.
  • Hire, train, and develop a best-in-class Asset Protection team.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Monitor the performance of the DAPL team.
  • Analyze market trends to create and implement shrink mitigation tactics.
  • Validate the execution of Asset Protection strategies through monitoring established plans and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management.
  • 2 or more years of experience with multiple store responsibility.
  • 2 or more years of experience managing, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle deemed reasonably reliable and appropriately insured.

Nice-to-haves

  • LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office software knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to function in a team environment and give as well as accept constructive criticism.
  • Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
