About the position
The Regional Associate Sales Representative will support the Midwest IVS Region, focusing on promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products. This role involves conducting product evaluations, tracking territory progress, and providing excellent customer service to healthcare professionals. The representative will be expected to live in or around Bloomington, Champaign, or Peoria, Illinois, and will occasionally travel to Chicago for team support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products.
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
- Demonstrate the value of products persuasively to clients.
- Track territory progress and communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
- Solve product problems and inform healthcare staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
- Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university
- 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
