About the position

The Regional Associate Sales Representative for Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial division is a sales-focused role that involves engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell innovative medical products. This position emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with experienced sales representatives, and working in dynamic environments such as operating rooms. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new customer opportunities and supporting existing accounts, all while embodying Stryker's mission to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to promote Stryker's brand and products.
  • Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to determine necessary resources for achieving sales objectives.
  • Assist in executing sales plans that may include educational programs and product development initiatives.
  • Spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals, including some weekends and overnight travel.
  • Study and prepare independently to perform effectively in operating room environments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Ability to work in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstration techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
