About the position

The Regional Associate Sales Representative for Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial division is a field-based role focused on engaging with customers in the healthcare sector. This position requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting innovative medical solutions, and collaborating with experienced sales professionals to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. The representative will be responsible for driving sales in the Metro DC area, requiring adaptability and resilience in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to build relationships and promote Stryker's brand.
  • Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for achieving sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies and educational programs.
  • Spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals, including some weekends and overnight travel.
  • Prepare independently to perform at high levels in operating room environments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Ability to work in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
  • Personal car required for transporting product inventory and customer visits.
