Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to build relationships and promote Stryker's brand.
  • Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for achieving sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies and educational programs.
  • Spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals, including some weekends and overnight travel.
  • Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Ability to work in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
