About the position

The Regional Associate Sales Representative for Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial division is responsible for engaging with customers and building relationships in the healthcare environment. This role involves collaborating with experienced sales representatives to develop clinical and product knowledge, while also prospecting new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. The representative will spend significant time in the field, working closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote and sell innovative medical solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to build relationships and promote Stryker's brand.
  • Collaborate with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers for training and mentorship.
  • Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for achieving sales objectives.
  • Spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals, including some weekends and overnight travel.
  • Organize and manage a busy schedule effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
  • Ability to work in emergency and operating room environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Capacity to deal with competing priorities and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
