About The Position

As a Regional Banker/Teller at PNC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and engaging in proactive sales activities. This position involves handling teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and financial wellbeing. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, supporting multiple branches in the Waco Retail Market, and will focus on creating a differentiated customer experience while managing risk and adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in proactive sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with digital banking tools and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions and selling bank products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to effectively solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate daily operations.
