About the position
As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member at PNC, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions and selling bank products. This role is designed to support multiple branches in PNC's Phoenix South Retail Market, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving loyalty through effective financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
- Engage in proactive sales conversations through various interactions, including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences.
- Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to effectively solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required; equivalent experience may be considered.
