About the position

The Regional Ambassador is responsible for delivering education and support for the Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit portfolio across a designated territory. This role involves developing trade relationships, driving brand opportunities, and serving as a brand mentor to various stakeholders. The ambassador will represent the brand at trade-focused events, ensuring compliance with legal and marketing guidelines while nurturing existing relationships and cultivating new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver education in support of the Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit portfolio across a designated region.
  • Develop trade relationships and drive brand opportunities with customers across various channels.
  • Serve as a brand mentor to trade, customers, clients, and agency team members.
  • Represent the brand at regional and national trade-focused events.
  • Impart brand story, production, taste profile, and cocktail application knowledge to clients and consumers.
  • Extend and expand existing brand relationships and seek new opportunities for brand placements.
  • Work with the Senior Account Manager to develop industry-forward education and programming content.
  • Utilize social media platforms to support brand initiatives and showcase expertise.
  • Manage agency initiatives including budget and expense management, reporting, and performance data tracking.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality industries.
  • Experience representing spirit brands in a field-based or ambassador role.
  • Established network of industry professionals within the market.
  • Excellent knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
  • Strong understanding and experience in cocktail culture and hospitality operations.
  • Confident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor communications for various on-premise environments.
  • Deep understanding of market and industry trends.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Social media fluency.
  • Ability to work remotely and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
  • Desire for mentorship and willingness to mentor others.
