About the position

The Regional Ambassador is responsible for delivering education and driving brand opportunities for the Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit portfolio across a designated region. This role involves developing trade relationships, representing the brand at events, and ensuring compliance with legal and marketing guidelines. The ambassador will also engage in content development and social media initiatives to enhance brand presence and education.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver education on the Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit portfolio across the designated region.
  • Develop trade relationships and drive brand opportunities with customers in various channels.
  • Represent the brand at regional and national trade-focused events.
  • Impart knowledge of brand story, production, taste profile, and cocktail applications to clients and consumers.
  • Extend and expand existing brand relationships and seek new opportunities for brand placements.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to develop industry-forward education and programming content.
  • Utilize social media to support brand initiatives and showcase expertise.
  • Manage agency initiatives including budget and expense management, reporting, and performance data tracking.
  • Participate in internal training initiatives and manage point of sale assets.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality industries.
  • Experience representing spirit brands in a field-based or ambassador role.
  • Established network of industry professionals within the market.
  • Excellent knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
  • Strong understanding of cocktail culture and hospitality operations.
  • Confident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor communications for various on-premise environments.
  • Deep understanding of market and industry trends.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Social media fluency.
  • Ability to work remotely and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
  • Desire for mentorship and willingness to mentor others.
