About the position

As a Regional Brand Ambassador at New Riff Distilling, you will represent the brand and promote its products to customers and the community. This part-time, contract role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating memorable customer experiences through engagement and education about New Riff's spirits.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about New Riff Distilling's products, including spirits and brand story.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answering questions and providing recommendations.
• Assist with organizing and executing promotional events and tastings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote product sales and meet sales targets.
• Represent New Riff Distilling professionally and uphold brand values.
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences for marketing support.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and customer interactions.
• Meet monthly Key Performance Indicator goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotion is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for spirits and the whiskey industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
